1.Cable sheath material: PVC
PVC can be used in a variety of environments, it is low cost, flexible, strong and has fire/oil resistant characteristics. Disadvantage: PVC contains harmful substances to the environment and the human body.
2.Cable sheath material: PE
Polyethylene has excellent electrical properties and very high insulation resistance and is widely used as a sheath material for wires and cables.
The linear molecular structure of polyethylene makes it very easy to deform at high temperatures. Therefore, in the application of PE in the wire and cable industry, it is often cross-linked to make the polyethylene into a mesh structure, so that it has a strong resistance to deformation at high temperatures.
3.Cable sheath material: PUR
PUR has the advantage of oil and wear resistance, widely used in industrial machinery and equipment, transmission control system, various industrial sensors, detection instruments, electronic appliances, household appliances, kitchen and other equipment, suitable for harsh environments and oil occasions such as power supply, signal connection.
4.Cable sheath material: TPE/TPR
Thermoplastic elastomer has excellent low temperature performance, good chemical resistance and oil resistance, very flexible.
5.Cable sheath material: TPU
TPU, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber, has excellent high abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, high pulling force, toughness and ageing resistance. Areas of application for polyurethane sheathed cables include: cables for marine applications, for industrial robots and manipulators, for harbour machinery and gantry crane reels, and for mining and construction machinery.
6.Cable sheath material: Thermoplastic CPE
Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is typically used in very harsh environments, and is characterized by its light weight, extreme hardness, low coefficient of friction, good oil resistance, good water resistance, excellent chemical and UV resistance, and low cost.
7.Cable sheath material: Silicone Rubber
Silicone rubber has excellent fire resistance, flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic properties, etc. It is suitable for places where fire protection is required, and plays a strong protective role in ensuring smooth power transmission in case of fire.
